COVID-19 Grantee Relief Fund

The Atlanta Women’s Foundation has created the COVID-19 Grantee Relief Fund, an emergency fund for our grantee partners. As we continue to learn more on the immediate and extended needs that women and girls serving nonprofits in our community are facing, we will use these funds to support these nonprofits, help achieve the greatest impact, and address the greatest needs.

COVID-19 Grantee Relief Fund Focus Areas:
The funding priorities for the COVID-19 Grantee Relief Fund are nonprofit organizations based in AWF’s five-county service area (Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties) that are unable to close their doors during this period of shelter-in-place and are meeting basic needs, including safety, housing, and food. Priority will also be given to organizations providing mental and behavioral health services, and general health services.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Organization has received a grant from AWF between 2017-2020.
  • Organization has current 501(c)(3) status as declared by the IRS.
  • Organization and/or program must serve a minimum of 75% women and/or girls in AWF’s 5-county service area—Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties.

The Atlanta Women’s Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals. If you have questions, please contact DiShonda Hughes, E.V.P. of Mission, at dhughes@atlantawomen.org.
